Reflection on email Protocol

                                                            Email Protocol

As an academic student or to be professional we need to observe basic rules of electronic email that how should we protect our privacy and how to send a proper email to our colleagues and our teachers, even it’s for more than 1 person. If it is for more than 1 person we should use blind copies. With blind copies no one can see someone else email addresses in case of a group work or if our teachers want to send any email to all students. It’s also count as privacy.
The subject line of our email should be clear and obvious in order to show that, what the content of our email is. Our content or our task should have all the relevant information and requirements such as header and footer, which shows our name, date and the task title for example “Task 2 Internet Glossary”.
The last thing, if we want to protect our email by any kind of problems or hackers we have 2 step verification process in which we receive a text with a verification code on our number without which we can’t open our account, instead of changing our password time in again.
